All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person. Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required payment or deposit (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Clients are requested to inform us in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges or loss of deposit. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our refund policy and may take a few business days to reflect.

User Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of spa policies may result in immediate termination of services without refund and possible restriction from future bookings.
